How do I connect an HP722C via Netgear PS101 to a Windows 7 PC?

When I attempt to set up the Netgear PS101, the Windows 7 laptop cannot find it.

 

A Windows 2000 desktop does recognize the server.

 

I also suspect the drivers for the HP722C may not be Win 7 compatible.
