Can't Install Update for Windows 7

[AWS]

I can't seem to install this update: Security Update for Windows 7 for x64-based Systems (KB2813170)

I keep getting an error that it FAILED. I followed all the procedures for doing it again and it still fails.

I am a nontechie and am frustrated.
