I can't get my Windows live update to work. The web browser shows cracked. What do I need to do to f

Windows xP SP 2 trying to update to SP3.

New terabyte hard drive from Western digital.

Celeron 2.66 ghz with 1.85 gigs of RAM

Tried downloading the entire SP3 from the Microsoft website but on install it could not get past a scrobj.dll which at the

 

time was named scrobj.dl_. I tried renaming it but it still got stuck at that step.
