Can't switch from windows update to microsoft update

[AWS]

I have performed a clean Setup of Windows 7, IE 10 and Office 2013. Now I can't switch to Microsoft update.

Browsing to update.microsoft.com produces a blank page.

 

Can anyone help me to fix this?
