Guest michael.broumberg@windstream.net Posted July 11, 2007 Posted July 11, 2007 I reinstalled .Net Framework V1.1 and the SP1 over the existing files and the download worked with no problems. Perhaps this is the fix required.

I even tried uninstalling 1.1 and 2.0 following Microsoft's own instructions without any luck.
Guest adamkertesz Posted July 12, 2007 Posted July 12, 2007 I have uninstalled first the SP1, then the V1.1. Downloaded fresh copy of both, reinstalled V1.1, then SP1, and the already downloaded patch installed cleanly. (On two other machines there were absolutely no problems - who knows?) -- Adam "michael.broumberg@windstream.net" wrote: > I reinstalled .Net Framework V1.1 and the SP1 over the existing files > and the download worked with no problems. > > Perhaps this is the fix required. > >
