The Laptop is too slow and the disk usage and memory in the task manager are so high

Hi,

I`m facing a problem since yesterday ... I was working on the laptop normally till yesterday morning ... Starting from yesterday evening the performance of the laptop is so slow and cannot open any program or any game ... The disk usage in the task manager is appearing as 100% and ram also is high even when I`m not opening any application or a game as per screenshot attached

I was playing also games on the laptop till yesterday and now cannot open any game or any program.

Please let me know if I can optimize this issue ... to optimize the usage of Memory (Ram) and Disk.
