A random F: disk appeared on my computer, it's warning about low storage all the time and it's driving me insane

So a few days ago, a new disk appeared on my computer. I noticed it because i was getting multiple warnings from it because it has low storage. I decided to take a look inside it and there was nothing, it was completely empty inside it, but somehow it had taken about nine tenths of its storage. I found out how you could stop low disk storage notifications but that doesn't seem to stop the notifications (Maybe because i don't have the explorer folder if you know what i mean). I'm kind of helpless as i can't remove it or do something about it's files, as it seems like i might damage the computer if i alter it. I'm stuck with the warning sound of low storage every few minutes, it's very annoying and i would really like some help.
