Dell Inspiron 3558 keeps creating static when listening to music or audio from any device.

My laptop has been fine for several years and now it's creating static most every time I move the mouse or move between windows. I've gone so far as to reload Win 10 from scratch and I didn't hear it initially before I started loading updates. Now it always crackles when I move the mouse. I've gone to the Dell site and seen that the latest driver is installed.

 

 

Realtek audio driver 6.0.1.8142, Windows 10 Home, version 1803, build 17134.48

 

 

None of my searches have found any solutions that work and it doesn't matter whether there's headphones or speaker.

 

 

Please help, this is so frustrating.
