Latest forced windows 10 update fail

Sunday morning I wake to my computer stating I have updates ready.

 

Click-OK

 

An hour and a half or longer the computer is shut down (I think) and on reboot i get a blue screen that says;

 

Choose your keyboard layout.

 

I chose US.

 

Next screen says;

 

Choose an option

 

Continue

 

Use another operation system

 

Troubleshoot

 

Turn off your PC

 

Each of these options have various choices none of which bring my machine back to windows.

 

 

I can only assume that the Monthly/weekly update failed and left me in limbo.

 

This PC is running Windows 10 since the Win 7 to 10 free update with no issues.

 

 

Question: How can I either complete the update OR revert back to the build prior to the update.
