My computer restarted and took me immediately to the recovery options screen, however, none of the presented options work. Either they will not run and return me to the options screen, or if they do run, they fail. For context, the only option that will run is "Use another operating system" which will attempt to boot Windows 10, but present me with an error message at the end. Startup Repair, System Restore, and Go back to previous version options will not run. I have run down all the troubleshooting guides I could find on this site and even engaged chat, however they want to take control of a secondary PC that I do not have admin privileges on. Is there something I can do from my end before I have to send it out to be wiped entirely or am I essentially screwed? Continue reading... Quote
