Windows update

I let Windows install updates today ( may 22nd ) and now I can't access my lenovo laptop. It's going round in a loop asking me to choose keyboard setup, then choose between windows "rollback" or an earlier version of windows 10. Either option ends with windows not being able to contact ( or access ?) Profsvcs and advising me to contact my system administrator ( ie. Me ) The usual log in screen appears to indicate that it's not connecting to the internet, with a cross in the internet icon at the bottom right hand side of the screen. Any idea how I can get it to connect to the internet again. Help please !!!! I can't access any of my documents until I can get this sorted.
