Blank screen after update 1803 on all admin accounts

After installing update 1803, all admin accounts after login shows blank screen with this text.

If i switch user to normal user desktop starts normally.

By pressing ALT-TAB it shows that this is some Microsoft Account window.

You can post now and register later. If you have an account, sign in now to post with your account.
