Can't use windows spotlight feature; Screen goes black on NVIDIA GPU 1 in apps.

1. As mentioned, I am unable to use Windows Spotlight feature in my windows 10 home single language. When I select Windows spotlight option, after opening other tabs it automatically goes to Picture. I have only one user as an administrator in my windows and is logged in with Microsoft account.

 

 

 

2. In my device, there are two graphics processing units one is Intel® UHD Graphics 620 as GPU 0, and other is NVIDIA GeForce 940MX as GPU 1. In most of applications and games, when I switch GPU 1 and start to use the app, the screen goes black. But still apps continuous to run, as detected from there sound effects.

 

 

 

Please resolve my issue
