Any way for me to connect to the Wi-Fi

So recently my computer had been infected with virus and i had lost access to most of my PC.. I could not connect to the Wi-Fi and if i tried to open an antivirus program.. It would also stop me from opening it... So i thought that the only way for me to fix my PC is to clean install windows 10 again.. (Which i did 2 times) using Media Creation Tool.

 

After i installed Windows 10 my Computer opened up and it told me to connect to a network so i put in the password to the Wi-Fi i wanted to connect to... and it shows the error "cant connect to this network" i cant even "forget" the network since i was never connected to it in the first place..

 

 

I had to reinstall windows 2 times just to find out i still haven't fixed my issue....

Another thing i've noticed is that I cant connect to the Wi-Fi but for some reason i can use an ethernet cable Which uses the name "Network 1" instead of the Wi-Fi name (And the Download speed is extremely unstable... it tremendously decreases to below 1 mb or sometimes as high as 9mb (according to speedtest and downloading files)

 

I tried to troubleshoot my Wi-Fi and says "Problem with wireless adapter or access point"

 

 

Other Devices such as mobiles,laptops can connect to our network without any problem but for some reason i cant in this laptop..

 

 

 

I have tried almost EVERY possible solution i could find on Google or Youtube and nothing seems to have fixed my Problem.

 

Please if theres anyone out there that can help me with this I'll be very grateful..
