Guest ChrisMr1 Posted May 23, 2018 Posted May 23, 2018 My Surface Pro 4 received the Windows 10 update and will not allow me to use it unless I agree to Microsoft collecting "diagnostic" information - either basic or full. I won't "accept" either of these options so I cannot go any further, to use my Sufrace Pro 4, all I can do is turn it off which I have done. Is that it - is this the end of me being able to use my Surface Pro 4? Why I won't "accept": 1. It's a Microsoft product. Microsoft should be testing their own products with their own software and not be using me as a guinea pig / free testing service 2. It uses power which I HAVE TO PAY FOR 3. It uses internet bandwidth which spoils the internet service for everyone (makes everything slower) 4.
