Guest grandad w Posted May 23, 2018 Posted May 23, 2018 Whilst working on my desktop three days ago the update began to install and since then I have had problems. My main problems are associated with my Canon MX925 Printer Scanner. a) I cannot scan from either computer. b) When attempting to print from either printer, it will on the first attempt, I get a message "Error printing on Canon …….." followed by a very slow print which fail totally on a second attempt. How can this be remedied ? If it cannot be, how can I get back to the situation prior to the update (ie: undo the update) ? Continue reading... Quote
