W10 Pro - update broke my email

Prior to the latest (1805) Windows feature update, I could download email from a 3rd party host (Rackspace) using a non-Microsoft client (Pegasus). After the update, I could not, getting a timeout and 10020 error. Rolling back the update, email could be downloaded again, so I've deferred any future updates for as long as possible.

 

 

Is there something I can do to resolve this?
