I have spent over 30 minutes attempting to find out what this is and why I am given it as a setup option. The language that is used in Windows is apparently for a person who is highly experienced with the product, whereas Cortina's offered help depends upon the questioner knowing the meanings of the terms and concepts that are in question. This is more than frustrating. I am beginning to look into the lauded ease of use of Apple computers even though they are much more financially costly. Is the Apple world as challenging?
