Starts an update then tells me to wait they will do it all, a few minutes latter I get an error message. c:\WINDOWS\system32\config\systemprofile\Desktop is unavailable. I started the original update before I went to bed, left my computer on, but screen does go to sleep. It was a faulty update that has ruined my operating system. I have tried to put in the restore DVDs I made as a back up, also have sent a backup to my external hard drive as suggested when I first received my Toshiba laptop computer from my special ordered computer from Toshiba. I am very disappointed and have worked for 1 and 1/2 days now to try and fix my problem. Next stop is to take it into a repair shop. I don't feel like I should pay for a new windows 10 and repair to fix an update problem from Microsoft. Continue reading... Quote
