I submitted my question/issue, this A.M. but have yet to get a response. Should I expect one soon, or at all?

As I indicated, I have Outlook E-Mail installed but it is not functioning.

Test messages sent from my primary e-mail program, Roadrunner and my current Windows Live Mail never reach the Inbox on Outlook, though they are received by both the other services/programs.

How do we rectify this problem?
