Windows updated, now I can't use my computer

Greetings,

 

 

A few days ago my computer started updating Windows, from Windows 10 to Windows Rollback.

 

 

I think something went wrong, because now it just wants me to select language. I do, and then I get a menu of different alternatives, "continue", "use an unit", "use another operative system", "troubleshoot" and "turn off the computer".

 

 

If I press continue I just get back to the language selection menu. The others don't do anything for me either. The furthest I get is to where the desktop should be, but the background is black, there's only the trashbin left. I can't connect to the internet or get to any of my files.

 

 

I looked this up, and saw that I could use a tool to reinstall Windows, by using an usb. This did not work. (Error: 0x800706D9 - 0x90017)
