applying updates when I want to do them

Hi ,

 

I am set to download updates but let me decide when to install them

 

I need more detial about where/how you install them after they have been

downloaded.....

 

I see "Install updates and shutdown " on the shutdown menu but this is a

server and I cant shut it down......
