Root Certificates keep installing

Gents,

Have 2 users running XP Pro SP2 and they have the same problem. Tried

stopping windows update service and renamed %windir%\SoftwareDistribution

folder and restart windows update service. Problem went away on Friday 10/12

but it's back today 10/15. Anybody got a permanent fix to this?
