Guest Bird Byte Posted October 16, 2007 Posted October 16, 2007 I'm looking for advice on the best way to configure a server to update via WSUS (with the equipment we currently have). The client machines already update by getting dumped in an OU with its own group policy. The server is the only server, and functions as the dc (and dns, dhcp, web, file/print...). I'm thinking the best thing to do is to add the WSUS group policy created for the client machines' OU to the Domain Controllers OU as well. Am I on the right track or am I missing something? Any input/advice would be appreciated. Thanks very much.

Guest Bird Byte Posted October 16, 2007 Posted October 16, 2007 Yes, it is ok for the server to reboot on its own.
