Guest Don Cole Posted October 24, 2007 Posted October 24, 2007 After the last Windows up-date my Vista Ult 64bit has been in a reboot loop. It shows a blue sceen saying in part that the program is shuting down so as not to cause damage to the computer. You would have to be a speed reader in order to read all of the information before it continues the reboot. Any ideas what may be causing this? Don
Guest DL Posted October 24, 2007 Posted October 24, 2007 I'm sure someone in a Vista group will tell you how to turn off the auto reboot on error Then you can read the msg in full, and hopefully get a clue. In the mean time does it boot in safe mode - or whatever Vista calls it?
