Guest rchudson70 Posted July 14, 2007 Posted July 14, 2007 Hello, I've read all this stuff about update KB928366 problems. Now I'm really confused. Can you make a list to help us clean up this mess!!
Guest PA Bear Posted July 14, 2007 Posted July 14, 2007 This recent post has helped /some/ users resolve the problems: http://groups.google.com/group/microsoft.public.windowsupdate/msg/c6780a810b3eb1d1 Tip: Temporarily disable real-time protection by your anti-virus and/or anti-spyware applications (e.g., CounterSpy, Spysweeper, Spybot, AVG Anti-Spyware) and/or any third-party firewall (e.g., ZA Pro) before installing the updates. [if ZA Free, uninstall it temporarily and re-enable the Windows Firewall!)
