Hello, I've read all this stuff about

update KB928366 problems.

Now I'm really confused.

Can you make a list to help us

clean up this mess!!

Tip: Temporarily disable real-time protection by your anti-virus and/or

anti-spyware applications (e.g., CounterSpy, Spysweeper, Spybot, AVG

Anti-Spyware) and/or any third-party firewall (e.g., ZA Pro) before

installing the updates. [if ZA Free, uninstall it temporarily and re-enable

the Windows Firewall!)

I did exactly what you said, had a few bumps

along the way, but was successful.
