svchost.exe error: "0x77deada7" referenced memory could not be wr

To Whom It May Concern :

 

I've encountered svchost.exe application error of follows:

'The instruction at "0x77deada7" referenced memory at "0x77deada7". The

memory could not be written and ask me to

Click on OK to terminate the program

Click on CANCEL to debug the program

If I press ok, sometimes my computer freezes, and I have to force turn off.

Sometimes it works but there will be no audio sound on DVD , CD or MSN .

If I neither press ok nor cancel(like right now) I'm able to do

everything(I think)

that I normally do.

' How to solve the matter? Please advice !
