I am always getting the message to download this file KB928365.

But I think everyone has over looked something.

The file size is 0 kb, so there is nothing to install.

The file size reads 0 kb, but the update never installs, leaving that

annoying yellow shield on my taskbar. I started a incident report with MS.

I am running xp home ed, 32 bit ( whatever that means) All I know is that I

finally got this fixed!---No more annoying failed update KB928365.

For those who are interested the letter I have recieved from MS, I'll

porvide this letter below. Or, if you wish to contact MS with your problem:

3. Install this tool on your computer.

Step 2: Remove .NET Framework

========================

1. Click Start -> (All) Programs->Windows Installer Clean Up.

2. Please locate any .NET Framework software and remove it.

3. Restart the computer and see if the problem still exists.

Package from the following link and save it to the Desktop.
