Guest Max Posted July 17, 2007 Posted July 17, 2007 The file size reads 0 kb, but the update never installs, leaving that annoying yellow shield on my taskbar. I started a incident report with MS. I am running xp home ed, 32 bit ( whatever that means) All I know is that I finally got this fixed!---No more annoying failed update KB928365. For those who are interested the letter I have recieved from MS, I'll porvide this letter below.
