Guest Bulldognaser Posted July 17, 2007 Posted July 17, 2007 Ok, I have read many posts that complain about automatic updates downloading updates but failing to install them. After spending hours going though microsofts help files i found something that fixes the problem, being that i had the same problem myself. A little incentive there anyways the article doesnt address the problem directly but do the steps and automatic updates will funcion like it should again. http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx/kb/910359 hope this helps
Guest chappy60 Posted July 17, 2007 Posted July 17, 2007 Bulldog, any chance the below noted steps could help fix the .Net Framework 1.1 installation problem that many ms customers (incl. myself) have been experiencing......no doubt you have seen(KB928366) problems! Many thanks, chappy "Bulldognaser" wrote: > Ok, I have read many posts that complain about automatic updates downloading > updates but failing to install them.
