ERROR CODE 80073712 Inresponse to fix offered by Engel

Fisrt off, thank you very much for your knowledge on this site. When I tried

to do as the instructions in "turn windows Featueres on and off" I got

another message that indicated "The service cannot accept control messages

at this time" I am not sure, but while the computer shows me as

Administrator and I am it's only user, it does not allow me to change some

itmes that have the little "parental" or colored shield by them.

 

Help would be greatly appreciated.
