Guest dumbneasy@aol.com Posted July 20, 2007 Posted July 20, 2007 Everytime I shut down XP-Pro, KB928366 wants to install itself again. Unlike most of you I have installed successfully - four times. This is getting real old. Does anyone have a solution. It's almost like BG wants to scream at me on a daily basis. LOL! Thank you.

Hi, You could try the solution that I suggested in the thread titlled "[sOLUTION] You cannot install KB928366 (.Net Framework 1.1 security update)" dated 07-16-07 / 09:28 (in this newsgroup). -- Patrick Philippot - Microsoft MVP MainSoft Consulting Services http://www.mainsoft.fr
Guest dumbneasy@aol.com Posted July 20, 2007 Posted July 20, 2007 Sorry Patrick, Your solution does not work for me. Maybe that is because my KB download DOES install every time. Your solution probably only applies to those installations that fail. When I try to install the KB download, it never asks anything. It just installs I guess... It doesn't say anything, but it does execute. Thanks anyway. "Patrick Philippot" wrote: > dumbneasy@aol.com wrote: > > This is getting real old. Does anyone have a solution.
