Guest jlsommer Posted July 23, 2007 Posted July 23, 2007 Eric - after I loaded the Windows Installer Clean Up - I looked for Microsoft.Net Framework 2.0 - if I removed this version, will I be going backwards in versions? The second question, if you suggest not to remove, why is the scan showing I need an upgrade? Thanks for any help -- John "Eric Brodish [MSFT]" wrote: > Hi, > > I suggest we follow the steps below to uninstall Microsoft .NET Framework > and then > install Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1 and Microsoft.NET Framework 1.1 Service > Pack 1 > to resolve this issue. > > > First, let's use the Windows Installer Cleanup Utility to remove Microsoft > ..NET > Framework. > > 1.
