Guest Cruiser Posted July 24, 2007 Posted July 24, 2007 Until recently, I was able to scan documents and save them in Publisher. Recently, any previously scanned and newly scanned documents appear blurry like looking through a thick filter. However, print review is perfect and the document prints out perfectly. I have uninstalled and reinstalled both my scanner software and the Microsoft Publisher software. I also downloaded updates. How can I correct his problem? Thanks.
Guest Cruiser Posted July 24, 2007 Posted July 24, 2007 I found an answer on another group. In Publisher, choose Picture and then View. Choose "detailed display". That solved the problem because my display was somehow chosen as "fast size & zoom with low resolution". Once the display was changed, the picture appeared as it should. I opened an existing file and it appeared normal and I rescanned a file and it appeared properly.
