Guest Peter Posted July 25, 2007 Posted July 25, 2007 Why would KB936357 install automatically on "Update Tuesday" (10th) when I do NOT have a "Core 2 Duo" or a "Xeon" processor? I have a Pentium 4 HT @ 3.0ghz. The update installed automatically in both my XP Pro's and my Vista Ultimate. According to a colleague at a forum I use and the following links it should not have installed at all. Fortunately I haven't had any problems but wondered why this would happen. Guest PeterM Posted July 26, 2007 Posted July 26, 2007 This has never appeared in my Windows Mail NG link and when I ask to subscribe to answers it fails here, why? -- Peter Toronto, Canada "Peter" wrote: > Why would KB936357 install automatically on "Update Tuesday" (10th) when I > do NOT have a "Core 2 Duo" or a "Xeon" processor? > I have a Pentium 4 HT @ 3.0ghz.
