Guest phil7athens Posted July 27, 2007 Posted July 27, 2007 hi again. i went to the microsoft support http://support.microsoft.com/kb/931712/en-us but when i execute the instructions finaly it sais if i want to delete the number of store dirty. i answer yes and then it sais that "it wasn't able to find the key from the system." can we find an other solution?

Good idea, so why don't you use the search tool in the web interface that you are using? } E.g. press Alt-7 and type 0x80073712. Then press Enter. Then expand the first hit, do some reading and see: http://www.microsoft.com/communities/newsgroups/en-us/default.aspx?dg=microsoft.public.windowsupdate&mid=64612d9a-b8fd-466b-a0c2-0aefc15f5532&sloc=en-us It would be even easier to find if more web interface users would use the voting and marking mechanisms.
