Guest faisal Posted July 30, 2007 Posted July 30, 2007 in my laptop i have original windows xp service pack 2. i connet this laptop to my company domain network as workgroup. at the time of opening internet explorer they ask the server connection user name and password. i try to update windows, at the time of installation that ask one "Enter the credential username and password". What actually is this user name and password. how can i resolve this problem.
Guest bob Posted July 30, 2007 Posted July 30, 2007 that means probably that your company's network need credentials to enter internet explorer just ask your network administrator about credentials and they will tell you what is is "faisal" wrote: > in my laptop i have original windows xp service pack 2. > i connet this laptop to my company domain network as workgroup. at the time > of opening internet explorer they ask the server connection user name and > password. i try to update windows, at the time of installation that ask one > "Enter the credential username and password".
