I'm fed up and ticked off because I keep trying to update this stupid thing

and I can't get updates on it. I've contacted the support staff and they

provided me with solutions, which I have indeed tried.

I even tried the one that was offered to me: that stated: "The error may

occur if there is a content mismatch in the DataStore Folder- Applicable

operating systems: Windows 2000, Windows XP and Windows Server 2003

Resolutions: TRIED AND FAILED! It DID NOT WORK! Anyone have other

Alternatives?

Now I'm sitting here and thinking, Ok,.. I did that

Step 1

that

Step 2

and that

Step 3

and

Presto: IT STILL DOESN'T WORK (Gawd) I don't know what else to do.

I ran my virus scanner: No new viruses found, I ran anything else I had that

had to find if I had any background viruses I didn't know about: Nope that

didn't work either. Contacted my server and they didn't know.

Now that I'm flustered and fed up, I'm not sure what else could be done.

Anyone else know what to do and how to fix this "Glitch". "Problem" if you

will call it that.

Signed,

Marianne

Please do let me know if you got the same error because this has been

nothing but a royal pain in the "You know where".
