Guest jpbeck Posted July 30, 2007 Posted July 30, 2007 Despite stating that the installation is complete, everytime I reboot my PC the same 3 updates are listed for me to install over and over again. KB928367 KB928366 KB928365 I also now have this strange issue where everytime IE7 opens, a dialog pops up briefly indicating that the Windows installer is running, it even happens if I open additional tabs or browser wondows... Any clues

Microsoft help to resolve the problem : Go to:http://support.microsoft.com/kb/290301 Downlod the windows installer Cleanup Utility. Run the file. It will show windows files loaded. Highlight any .net Framework e.g 1.1 and 2.0. and restart.
