Problem with 3 security updates for .NET Framework

Despite stating that the installation is complete, everytime I reboot my PC

the same 3 updates are listed for me to install over and over again.

KB928367

KB928366

KB928365

I also now have this strange issue where everytime IE7 opens, a dialog pops

up briefly indicating that the Windows installer is running, it even happens

if I open additional tabs or browser wondows...

Any clues
