Guest Lettie Posted August 1, 2007 Posted August 1, 2007 I have had trouble the last couple of weeks with the updates. They try to load every time I turn off my computer, and the update history shows them as successfully installed, but they're obviously not. The trouble one is KB928366. Now I'm having periodic episodes of the computer crashing in mid-startup. Does Microsoft ever look at these posts and are they doing anything to solve the problem? Or is this discussion group the "self-help" site? -- L
Guest Lettie Posted August 1, 2007 Posted August 1, 2007 Thanks for the tip! and sorry it wasn't "news."
