Guest Erling Gardner Posted July 10, 2021 Posted July 10, 2021 My Outlook emails have been working great for many years. I changed my password and now cannot get Outlook to send emails. The error message specifies 'Outlook data file cannot be accessed'. So, I follow instructions to view the data files. On the E-mail Accounts, tab called E-mail, i see my email address and a comment about which data file new messages are being delivered. When i go to the Data Files tab, i cannot change the default because it is grey out. I need to fix this email setting somehow. Continue reading... Quote
