I had a problem with Java Platform SE binary, so I googled a tutorial to solve my problem.

The steps in this tutorial were as follows:

- do the Win + R key combination;

- type in the box msconfig, thus arriving at the system configuration;

- Click Services tab and then check Hide all Microsoft services. I have very probably forgotten this step;

- Click Disable all, click Apply to save the changes.

After clicking Apply my laptop is restarted, and I'm has been unable to access it since.

Every time I try to log in to my laptop I get the following message "There is a problem and your PIN is not available. Click to reconfigure the PIN"; when I click on "Click to reconfigure the PIN" nothing happens. I tried restarting the laptop, but that didn't help.
