Yeah.....I read it, several weeks after SP3 tried to install itself on my

computer. It should have come WITH the upadate, not AFTER the update was

released!

The past couple of remaks are the kind of glib horsemanure that is

indicative of the attitude at Microsoft and perhaps HP as well. Their (your)

customer service ethics are no surprise given your preference for

pseudo-witty put-downs in place of seeing the larger picture and the

exploitation that you are promoting. Why not put pressure on your peers in

Silicon Valley to grow up and become part of the solution instead of

promugating the problem! Or is that too political for you geeks?

Actually, I have heard that threatening them with a lawsuit works well. They

often will get you in touch with "3rd Tier Support" ...i.e. someone who

actually speaks English (not that they know anything more than you do) but

the illusion is comforting for a minute or two!

We are not employed by MS, we are volunteers.

Please by all means, complain to MS as you're just wasting your time and ours complaining

here.

So for now, move on ............................................ a new day is beginning or

take your complaints to MS.

Have a good day.
