Update to Windows Subsystem for Android™ on Windows 11 (November 2022)

Hello Windows Insiders, Today we are shipping an update for Windows Subsystem for Android™ on Windows 11 to all Windows Insider Dev and Beta Channels. This update (2210.40000.7.0) will improve camera, general reliability, and performance.
