Guest Ervin Jones Posted December 13, 2022 Posted December 13, 2022 I had to have a mobo replacement. My company uses Azure AD. We have reimaged my computer, now I can't get Microsoft Apps to work. I get errors stating the TPM has malfunctioned. My company's Techs have reset the TPM state, done local and online repair, cleared cached Windows creds, updated windows, and verified my login credentials. I'm still getting this error. I need to get back to my assigned computer, so I can return the loaner I am currently using. Can someone please help. The account having the trouble is not the logged in user.
