AMD introduces new processors for Windows 11 PCs geared toward professionals

If your business is buying new Windows 11 PCs, there are going to be more options with AMD’s new mobile and desktop processors adding the performance you need to speed up your workflow. These new processors provide enterprise-grade multi-layered security, including Secured-core PC and chip to cloud security technology enabled by Microsoft Pluton, as well as simplified deployment and manageability. At the end of May, new features and enhancements for Windows 11 became available that focus on business needs, such as security and IT management, and new benefits that enhance professional and personal usability. For those on the go, AMD’s Ryzen PRO 7040 Series Mobile processors feature eight Zen 4 cores and RDNA 3 integrated graphics to power through business apps. Now that video conferencing has become the norm, you’ll be able to experience immersive collaboration on Microsoft Teams thanks to Ryzen AI, the built-in integrated AI engine in this x86 processor. Ryzen AI also works with Windows Studio Effects. For desktops, the new Ryzen PRO 7000 Series processors have increased productivity and creation by 48% over the previous generation. They include RDNA 2 integrated graphics, up to 12 high efficiency Zen 4 cores and up to 5.4 GHz boost.
