Switch out of S Mode Not Working

I'm not able to get out of S Mode, contacted live chat I was told to update my PC. After the update, retried getting out of S mode. Still didn't work. Help. I can't hold in my frustration knowing that there's a better way of proposing S Mode than to give us a hard time to get rid of it. Why don't you just give us that option when we set up the computer on first purchase? 😒
