"Windows orginization requires a new pin"

I am not signed into any work or school accounts (I have already checked), but for some reason every few months I get a popup saying my orginization requires me to change my pin. Whenever I follow the instructions to turn off my pin experation, it is already off. Also whenever I try to make my pin four numbers it says my orginization requires a longer pin. I already contacted ms support and the person said they did not know why this was happening because there was no work or school accounts and my pin didnt expire.How do I fix this?
