BSOD and STATUS_ACCESS_VIOLATION in Chrome browser

Frequently, I get a STATUS_ACCESS_VIOLATION error in Chrome when watching youtube videos or generally just browsing. Today I got a BSOD when nothing heavy was running. I suspect it's a memory issue but the windows memory diagnostic tool didn't come up with anything.I've attached an image of the browser error I run into frequently.
