How do you reset a company computer?

I bought a Dell latitude 7400 laptop for 40$ however it was a company computer. I factory reset it and wiped all the data and when it booted back up the password was still there. How do get past it? I'm clueless. I've tried everything. Even went into the BIO menu and changed the master password and everything. Still can't wipe it and get this password off. Please help. Thanks.
