Pink line flickering under the taskbar

can someone help me why there is a flickering pink link under the taskbar? i noticed this after i updated the driver 31.0.101.5522 intel arc version, 2 days ago i rolled back to the old driver and surprisingly the pink line was gone but 2 days later it came back, now the pink line is still there. please idk how to do besides change the driver to the new version again. I never encountered this issue before I update the driver 31.0.101.5522, when I play games sometime the line is gone but the colour change with the colour's in game. I literally regret for update the driver, this is frustrating m
